For your own DWG or DXF furnished and walked through, send a note from the contact page: we reply by email, you attach the drawing to that reply, and we deliver the renders.

Can I make a 3D walkthrough of a listing from its floor plan?
Yes. 3Dillo renders the floor plan of a listing as a furnished 3D walkthrough video and photoreal stills to put in front of buyers.
It works best for homes that are not built yet, empty homes, and rooms buyers struggle to picture. Open the studio, open the plan and press Render (100 credits, or included with Premium).
What kind of floor plan file does 3Dillo need?
3Dillo builds from a DWG or DXF floor plan, the CAD files architects and builders draw in.
For a new build, ask the builder or architect for the DWG or DXF. 3Dillo can also start from one of its ready-made 3D templates, or from a plan that Dillo, the AI drafter, draws from a description.
Does 3Dillo virtually stage my listing photos?
No. 3Dillo renders the home from its floor plan; it does not edit or stage photographs.
That is why it suits homes that cannot be photographed yet: pre-construction, mid-build or empty.
Can I post the video on my listing, website and social media?
Yes. You keep the rights to your drawings and to the renders made from them. Post them wherever you market the home.
Furniture, finishes, lighting and materials in a render are illustrative: a render is a visualisation of the drawing, not a construction document. Label them as renderings wherever you post them.
What do I get, and in what format?
Photoreal stills come as PNG images and the walkthrough as an MP4 video. The video is a walkthrough from the front walk through every room.
Finished files are kept for 30 days and then deleted, so download what you want to keep.
How is the finished walkthrough delivered?
Renders run on a queue and come back in the studio, where you open them full size; a walkthrough video takes longer than stills, because it is more than a thousand rendered frames.

How much does a listing walkthrough cost?
Every 3D render is 100 credits, flat: a set of photoreal stills or a walkthrough video, a first render or a re-render after an edit.
3Dillo Premium is $99 a month or $950 a year, and as a limited-time founding offer it includes unlimited 3D renders and unlimited AI floor plan drawings for the first 12 months, at a price locked for those 12 months, subject to fair use and available rendering capacity. Credit packs are $10 for 100, $20 for 250, $30 for 500, $50 for 1,000 credits.
Can a brokerage get walkthroughs for many listings?
Yes. Consulting, the Enterprise plan, starts at $499 a month, runs on dedicated cloud GPU capacity and is priced on seats and usage.
