Privacy policy

One account

3Dillo uses your CADdillo account: the same sign-in, credit balance and plan. Account data (email address, drawings, credit history, billing status) is handled as described in the CADdillo privacy policy, which applies here too. This page adds what is specific to 3Dillo.

What this website collects

  • Forms. The contact and Enterprise forms send what you type (email, name, company and message) to our API, which emails it to our team so we can reply. Your IP address is used to rate-limit the form and is included in the message we receive, to fight abuse.
  • Your theme choice (light or dark) is kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
  • 3dillo.ai sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics trackers. The pricing page asks our API (api.caddillo.com) whether you are signed in to CADdillo, so it can hide Get Premium if you already have it; your browser sends your CADdillo sign-in cookie with that request only if it allows cross-site cookies.

Renders

To render a drawing, we send a scene file built from it (walls, rooms, openings, furniture positions) to a render machine. Renders run on our own machines first. When those are busy, a job may run on rented GPU servers at RunPod in their Secure Cloud data centers; the scene file and output are deleted from the rented server when the job ends. Scene files and rendered stills and videos are stored for 30 days, then deleted.

Processors

  • Cloudflare: hosting, our API, file storage for scenes and renders, and email delivery.
  • RunPod: overflow GPU rendering, as above.
  • Stripe: payments for Premium and credit packs. We never see or store card numbers.
  • SendGrid: some account and notification email.
  • Anthropic: the AI model behind Dillo, the drafter and design agent, which receives the text of your requests and the plan being edited.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and data, or for a copy of it, through the contact form. We reply by email.
