Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026. 3Dillo is provided by Quantum Armadillo, LLC, which is the party you contract with.
3Dillo uses your CADdillo account. The CADdillo terms of service apply to 3Dillo as well; this page adds the terms specific to 3Dillo and to the Premium subscription. Where the two differ about Premium, this page wins.
What a render is
Renders and walkthrough videos are visualisations of a drawing, not construction documents. Furniture, finishes, lighting and materials are illustrative. 3Dillo, its renders and its templates are provided as-is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; check every dimension against the drawing and with a qualified professional before you build, buy or sell on it.
3Dillo Premium
- Price. $99 a month, or $950 a year, charged in advance through Stripe. The plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the billing page. A monthly plan stays active to the end of the month already paid and is not refunded part-way. An annual plan is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of the purchase; after that it stays active to the end of the year and is not refunded part-way.
- Founding offer: unlimited drawings and renders. For the first 12 months of the subscription, Premium includes unlimited AI floor plan drawings and unlimited 3D renders (photoreal stills and walkthrough videos) for your own projects, at a price locked for those 12 months. This is a limited-time offer.
- Fair use and capacity. Unlimited is subject to fair use and available rendering capacity. Renders run on a shared queue; at busy times walkthroughs take longer. Accounts whose use is automated, resold, shared, or far outside normal interactive use may be limited or moved to a usage-based plan. The founding offer runs for 12 months from signup; renewals are at the then-current Premium terms. Each account renders a limited number of walkthroughs at the same time; further walkthroughs wait their turn in the queue and are never refused for that reason. Unusually heavy daily rendering keeps rendering at no charge, at standard priority, and is reviewed by a person before any limit is applied. Up to 30 drawings in each clock hour use no credits; further drawings in that hour use credits at the normal in-app cost, and the count resets on the hour. Reselling access or sharing one account across a team is not permitted; teams use Consulting.
- Other AI work. AI edits are included. Premium also adds 1,000 credits each month for other AI work, on monthly and annual plans alike; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits you buy in packs are separate and are not affected.
Consulting
Consulting (Enterprise) is agreed in writing with each team. Its price, scope and limits are the ones in that agreement; the "starting at" price on the pricing page is not an offer by itself.
Credits
Credits are used only for AI work: drawing, AI edits and 3D rendering. Opening, viewing, editing and exporting DWG and DXF files never uses credits. New accounts receive 50 free credits. The credit cost of a render or other AI action is shown before you submit it, and the cost shown at that moment governs. Those credits are held when you submit it, charged when it finishes, and given back if it fails or you cancel it before it starts.
Your drawings and renders
You keep the rights to your drawings and to the renders made from them. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. Rendered files are kept for 30 days and then deleted, so download what you want to keep.
